Taranaki Mountain to Surf Marathon
Mrs Werder, Mr Werder, and Mr Werder's sister, Deanne, participated in the Taranaki Mountain to Surf Marathon near New Plymouth today. They ran from half-way up Mount Taranaki/Egmont to Waitara. Mr Werder ran his personal best marathon time of 3 hours 24 minutes, and Mrs Werder ran the half marathon in 1 hour 51 minutes, also a personal best. It was a great experience and well worth those early morning runs and boot camps.

Hauora Homework
The children have been enjoying completing the many different 'Hauora' activities. The purpose of these activities has been to deepen their understanding of the concept, while having fun, and also being able to experience these with whanau. Here are a sample of the activities so far. Tino pai, tamariki!!!
