Last week, Dr Allie Tuzzolino-Smith visited our school and spoke to us about her earthquake experience in Kathmandu. Allie is a doctor, and was in rural Nepal while doing a medical placement. The children were interested in her actions while the earthquake occurred, and also the aftermath. The school raised over $1200 for the Caritas Nepal Earthquake Appeal. Tino pai whanau!!! Please continue praying for the people of Nepal, and donating money to this appeal. Below is a poster about her ordeal and images of the earthquake.
